| Deposit/Cancellation Policy |
50% of the total lodging charge w/tax is required to confirm your reservation.
Balance plus refundable security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
You will be invoiced through the secure internet service Pay Pal.
Notice of cancellation is required 60 days prior to arrival.
Christmas week and all other major holidays will require notice 90 days prior to arrival.
Reservations cancelled within the confines of this policy will be refunded the deposit amount minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made outside of the time frames listed above will not be eligible for refunds.
We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

No Smoking Allowed. For insurance, safety and the consideration of others.
All indoor facilities are designated strictly non smoking.
Smoking allowed on deck and patios cigarette butt containers provided please no littering.
No Pets allowed, Sorry we are unable to allow the presence of pets for health, safety and insurance purposes.

No camping, motor homes, tents, tent trailers or travel trailers allowed.
Boat and snow mobile trailers permitted in trailer parking area only.
