| Check-in anytime on Tuesday. |
| We utilize a self check-in process. |
| Keys and welcome information will be waiting for you upon arrival. |
| You may reach us by phone for questions or concerns after check-in. |
| Check out is NO LATER than 10AM on Monday |
| Our cleaning schedule does not allow for us to provide later check-outs. |

| Deposit/Cancellation Policy |
| 50% of the total lodging charge w/tax is required to confirm your reservation. |
| Balance plus refundable security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. |
| You will be invoiced through Paypal. |
| 60 days notice of cancellation is required prior to arrival. |
| All major holidays will require 90 days cancellation notice. |
| Reservations cancelled within this policy will be refunded the deposit amount, minus a $100 cancellation fee. |
| Cancellations made outside of the time frames listed above will not be eligible for refunds. |
| We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. |

| No Smoking Allowed. For insurance, safety and the consideration of others. |
| All indoor facilities are designated strictly non smoking. |
| Smoking allowed on deck and patios cigarette butt containers provided please no littering. |
| No Pets allowed, Sorry we are unable to allow the presence of pets for health, safety and insurance purposes. |
| No camping, motor homes, tents, tent trailers or travel trailers allowed. |
| Boat and snow mobile trailers permitted in trailer parking area only. |
